What counts as an active client?
A client with at least one assigned activity this month. Archived clients are free, and their history stays intact if they return.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the end of your billing period. Nothing is ever deleted when you move down.
Is the BAA really included on every plan?
Yes — including Starter. We sign a Business Associate Agreement with every practice, solo or group, at no extra cost.
Do my clients pay anything?
No. The client app is always free for your clients, on every plan.
